INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

PEPTIDE-SHOP takes orders for peptide products and delivers worldwide.

All orders, in all directions are sent by the Post of Russia. Orders are normally being shipped within 3 working days from the moment a payment is received. Tracking number is provided immediately.

When a parcel reaches the destination country it automatically goes under the jurisdiction of the local postal services. Delivery terms may vary and completely depend on postal services. Usually deliveries take 15-30 working days.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the provided delivery address is correct. PEPTIDE-SHOP accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

After PEPTIDE-SHOP hands a parcel to postal services it is under their jurisdiction. Our online store is not responsible for the postal services operation. Please track your shipment as PEPTIDE-SHOP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your parcel is returned because the delivery was not accepted or if the address provided was incorrect, you may have to pay an additional postage charge for us to re-send it. If the order is not returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund or re-delivery.

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Standard international delivery to all countries is 28 EUR.

For any orders over 500 EUR standard delivery is FREE of CHARGE. 

Minimum order amount is 70 EUR.

EMS EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

EMS express international delivery to all countries is 50 EUR.

For any orders over 750 EUR express delivery is FREE of CHARGE.

Minimum order amount is 70 EUR.

 SOME ITEMS MAY SHIP SEPARATELY

Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number. You will only be charged one shipping cost per order.

 OUT OF STOCK

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the packing colors, features, price and availability of our products on the websites and cancelling an order is the last thing we want to do. The most common reasons for cancellation are if an item is out of stockor if a product or price is incorrectly listed. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled and you will not be charged for that item. Our Customer Services team would be happy to advise on an alternative item.

 CUSTOMS DUTY

ATTENTION EUROPEAN customers! Customs duty may apply. The cost depends on the country where the delivery is made and is the responsibility of the buyer. Each country has its own limits for the maximum amounts from which goods are not subject to any tax and customs clearance. An order sent and not received by the buyer for any reason whatsoever, including the orderer's reluctance to pay customs duty and/or VAT, will be charged in full and will be considered an order delivered. Check your country's customs law for details.

 PRIVACY

When purchasing from the PEPTIDE-SHOP, you will need to provide your personal and contact information, such as your full name, email and delivery address in order to purchase products. We do not share this information with any third parties.

ONLINE STORE SCHEDULE

We ship your orders from Monday to Friday. After your payment is verified, it can still take up to 3 days to process your order. This is just an estimate, sometimes a particular order may take longer than another. Please also allow for weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping notification email that we've shipped your order, and the tracking information.
