Product return policy:

Peptide-shop does not exchange or return any product due to most of health products having a short shelf life. The shop dispatch products from Russia. As there are no direct flights between Russia and many countries at the moment, the delivery time has increased and may take up to 6-8 weeks.

If there is an error in product description, price, payment terms or any other material published on the site, the site manager may cancel the purchase and refund the money after the orfer.

A website user must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date contact and shipping details. The site team reserves the right to act according to its discretion in the event of the regulations including unilateral cancellation of the purchase.

Order changes and cancellations policy:

Any order that has not yet been sent can be changed and/or cancelled. A canceled order will be charged a cancellation fee of 4 EUR.

A sent order cannot be canceled and/or changed and will be charged in full.

An order sent but not delivered to the recipient by a delivery company for any reason unrelated to the orderer will be resent in the event that the orderer proves that he did not receive the order because of the delivery company.

An order sent and not received by the orderer for any reason whatsoever, including the orderer's reluctance to pay customs duty and/or VAT, will be charged in full and will be considered an order delivered.
