DALARGIN NMICK - synthetic hexapeptide for therary of stomach ulcers and pancreatitis

DALARGIN NMICK is a SYNTHETIC HEXAPEPTIDE for peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum in the acute phase, acute pancreatitis.

Active ingredient:

Tyrosyl-D-alanyl-glycyl-phenylalanyl-leucyl-arginine diacetate

Indications:

As part of combination therapy for peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum in the acute phase; acute pancreatitis; pancreatic necrosis.

Effect:

Synthetic hexapeptide, analogue of leucine-enkephalin. Suppresses proteolysis and promotes healing of gastric and duodenal ulcers. It has moderate antisecretory activity, reduces the acidity of gastric juice.
Suppresses the external secretion of the pancreas in response to various stimuli (including food, secretin). In case of damage to the pancreas, the peptide bioregulator reduces hyperfermentemia, limits the foci of necrosis and promotes their replacement with a full-fledged tissue, weakens the synthesis of proteolytic enzymes by the pancreas.
It has a slight hypotensive effect.

Dosing regimen:

Enter intramuscularly or intravenously. Depending on the indications and the clinical situation, a single dose of 1-5 mg, the frequency of use is 1-4 times / day. 
Intramuscularly, 1-2 mg (previously diluted in 1 ml of isotonic sodium chloride solution), 2 times a day;
intravenously - once a day 1 mg in 5-10 ml of isotonic sodium chloride solution.
Course - 3-4 weeks. Heading dose - 30-50 mg. The highest daily dose is 5 mg. 

Contraindications for use:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance; arterial hypotension, acute infectious processes; pregnancy, breastfeeding period; age up to 18 years.
Use during pregnancy and during breastfeeding is contraindicated.
