A herbal tea is an infusion or decoction of fruits, flowers, stems or roots of various medicinal plants, which has a beneficial effect on specific systems of the body, depending on the combination of components in the resulting drink. Its composition, in addition to vitamins and minerals, includes amino acids, essential oils, tannin and many other beneficial ingredients. Regular intake of herbal teas, which should be limited by a specific quantity not to exceed the daily needs of the body in nutrients, is able to normalize metabolic processes and improve immunity. Especially for you, we have created Ayurveda, a whole line of herbal teas based on Ayurvedic and traditional herbs and spices. Each of the formulas presented here is based on the principle of bringing processes into balance. In our Ayurveda line, we have tried to replace, wherever possible, Ayurvedic herbs and spices from oriental recipes with the traditional local ingredients, similar in spirit, energy and minor nutrient element composition. However, Oriental medicine uses a number of plants, unique in their nature and properties, which have no alternative in classical medicine. They represent a range of basic teas which trigger self-regulation and detoxification of the body, reinforce immunity and slow down the aging process.
